FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DRONE LIGHT SHOWS

HOW LONG DO THE DRONES FLY?

A drone light show can last up to 10 minutes in the air, depending on weather conditions.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A SHOW?

We recommend planning the show with as much advance notice as possible. A longer lead time allows us to optimize every stage of the creative, technical, and operational process, properly manage permits, and ensure a safe, high-impact visual execution.
However, in very specific cases—and subject to availability and favorable operating conditions—it is possible to deliver a show with as little as two weeks’ notice.

Sin embargo, en casos muy específicos y sujeto a disponibilidad y condiciones operativas favorables, es posible realizar un show con hasta 2 semanas de anticipación.

WHAT INFRASTRUCTURE IS REQUIRED?

The venue must meet the necessary conditions for drone operations: a large, flat, open area free of obstacles such as cables, trees, structures, buildings, or any elements that could interfere with flight.
These conditions are essential to ensure operational safety, formation accuracy, and overall visual quality.

CAN DRONES FLY OVER PEOPLE OR INDOORS?

For safety reasons and in compliance with current aviation regulations, drones are not permitted to fly directly over people or in enclosed spaces.
Each show is designed under strict safety and planning protocols, with clearly defined flight zones and safe areas for the audience. Our specialized team monitors the operation in real time and is prepared to respond immediately to any situation, ensuring a controlled and safe experience.

HOW BRIGHT ARE THE DRONES?

Each drone is equipped with high-intensity LED lights, visible from long distances at night. The brightness is carefully calibrated so that formations appear crisp and well-defined even in large-scale outdoor venues, without causing glare for the audience.

FROM HOW FAR AWAY CAN THE DRONES BE SEEN?

A drone show can be clearly visible from a distance of up to approximately 500 meters, depending on the number of drones, flight altitude, show design, and environmental conditions, which may allow for extended visibility in optimal scenarios.

HOW MANY SCENES CAN A SHOW INCLUDE?

You may select up to 12 different scenes for your show. Our team works closely with you to develop and support your creative vision, ensuring the best possible result.

UNDER WHAT WEATHER CONDITIONS CAN A SHOW TAKE PLACE?

Safety and show quality are our top priorities. Our drones are designed to operate safely under specific conditions. A show may proceed only if the following requirements are met:

Temperature: In marginal weather conditions, our safety team will evaluate the situation on site and make the final decision

Wind: Sustained wind speeds below 25 km/h

Rain: Operations are not permitted under any level of rain or drizzle, as excessive moisture can damage electronic components

Visibility: Adequate minimum visibility is required for safe operation and control

IS THERE A REFUND IF THE SHOW IS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER?

Yes. We understand that weather is unpredictable. Our contracts include a detailed Weather Cancellation Policy.
If a cancellation is determined by our safety team due to adverse weather conditions (wind, rain, electrical storms, etc.) that prevent safe operation, a full or partial refund may apply—depending on the preparation stage and whether any rehearsals were completed—or the event may be rescheduled at no additional cancellation penalty.
Specific refund and rescheduling terms are outlined in the final service agreement.
